These terms apply to bella-ruta.com and everything sold on it. Bella-Ruta is operated by Anny Sanchez, an individual seller ("we", "us"). When you use this site or buy from it, you are contracting with Anny Sanchez. By continuing to use the site, you agree to these terms.

What we offer

Bella-Ruta sells digital travel guides (PDF downloads) and custom trip-design services. Guides are general travel inspiration and planning advice, not bookings. You remain responsible for your own bookings, visas, insurance and entry requirements.

Payments and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or our products, including:

• using them for anything unlawful, fraudulent or spam;
• copying, reselling or sharing paid guides with people who haven't bought them;
• infringing our or anyone else's intellectual property;
• interfering with the site's security, including malware, probing or scraping.

Ownership

The site, the guides, photos, text and the Bella-Ruta name and branding belong to Anny Sanchez. Buying a guide gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and print it for your own trip planning.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep information accurate, but prices, schedules and entry rules change. The site and guides are provided as they are, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free availability, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties.

Suspension

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these terms, don't pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate them.
