Asia
Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, or a multi-stop loop. Order set by the flight map and the seasons.

I'll tell you which four fit, what order to see them in, how you get between them, and where to stay in each one.
I've lost days to bad routing myself. That's why I do this.
City order · Night splits · Transport between · Where to stay · Your miles stay yours
No commission from anyone — so the hotel I recommend is the one that's right for your route, not the one that pays me. And because you book it yourself, every mile, point and night of status stays yours.

Nobody remembers the day they spent changing trains. They remember the morning they woke up somewhere new with nothing they had to catch.
The work
The order of your cities, the nights in each one, the transport for every leg, and the neighborhood to sleep in — with the reasoning written beside each decision, so you can disagree with any of it. Then you book it yourself, on your own card.

Route shapes
Every route is planned for your dates and your departure airport. These are the shapes people ask for most:
Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, or a multi-stop loop. Order set by the flight map and the seasons.
Enter one city, exit another. Rail between, where rail wins.
One country deep, or a southern Africa loop. The order is set by the flight map.
One base, day trips out, one unpack instead of four.
Two countries, one open-jaw flight, no backtracking.
Three cities in 10 days, each one worth the move.
Order set by the flight map, not by distance on paper.
The process
Here's how it goes from your list to a route you can book.
Your dates or how many days, the airport you're flying from, everywhere you're considering including the maybes, and anything that can't move.
In writing, before you pay anything. Sometimes the answer is "that's a 16-day trip and you have 10." Better to hear it now.
50% to start. Order, nights, transport for every leg, where to stay in each city, and the reasoning beside each decision.
Two rounds of revisions included. Final 50% on delivery. You book it yourself, wherever you like.
No calls required. You'll never be asked to book a consultation to get an answer.
What you get
Four things, written for your trip and nobody else's.
Which cities, in what order, how many nights in each, where you land and where you fly home from. With the reasoning written next to every decision, so you can disagree.
The transport for every leg, which mode and why, and roughly how long door to door. Researched for your route, not copied from a guide.
The right neighborhood in each city and why it's right for your route — walkable to the station you leave from, the correct side of town for an early start. Plus two or three places to stay at different price points.
The honest part. What doesn't fit in your days, why, and what to do with it instead.
I don't book anything on your behalf, and that's deliberate. Every flight and every night goes on your own card, in your own loyalty account — so the miles, the points and the elite credit stay yours. Book through a third party and you can lose all three. You get the route. You keep the rewards.

Why order matters
Get it right and the days connect: you arrive when the city is awake, you leave from the station you can walk to, and the long leg lands where you wanted a slow morning anyway.
Pricing
The same prices as the Private Planning page. Nothing different here.
